iCal sync failing with shared calendars

Heh, it's only about 50% of the reason we're using Zimbra but hey, we won't think like that
In all seriousness though, I have been waiting for an elegant solution that will let all the employees in our organization to share calendars natively, and easily. Zimbra is so close it makes me sick!
