iCalender / Zimbra meeting keeps resending

Hi all,

We have an issue with a user on Apple with iCalendar. User created meeting which repeats itself every working day (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri). Somehow, this meeting gets resend for an unknown reason, this does NOT happen for every day, but randomly the meeting gets resend for acceptation.

iCalendar always get's the latest update from the Apple update center

Any ideas how to solve this or at-least debug this issue ?
