I don't know if this is the right thread, but...
My Zimbra desktop always starts up in 'By Conversation' view mode, even though I set 'By Message' view mode. Is this s known issue, or should I file a bug report?

Just upgraded one of my Zimbra servers to FOSS 5.0.4. I now have a better appreciation of the issues in Zimbra Desktop as many are the exact same issues in Zimbra UI!
I'm afraid I'm going to have to bag Zimbra Desktop for now, despite loving it's multi-account features. The lack of junk training (see other threads) is impacting my spam significantly. I'm also frustrated with not being able to turn off the preview pane and several other idiosyncrasies.
I guess the ZD issues can't really be fixed till the core problems in the Zimbra server are addressed.

Preview pane setting will be fixed for sure.
Junk training is a unkown issue. See bug below:
