Advanced Search Button Missing

Hello,
Running Zimbra Desktop Client 7.2.2, on a mac osx 10.8.5 and for some reason the advanced search button is missing. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but still having the same issue. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a solution to this? Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you in advanced!

Did you figure this out?
Release 8.8.12.GA.3794.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition.

I see there was bug opened may be when Csolis had faced this problem - https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=86600.
And this is "Works for me".

Few questions?
- Since when you started facing this problem? Is it there from beginning or it started coming suddenly?
- Are you facing this problem on more than one machine? OR is this account specific?
- Any steps to reproduce this problem?
- Can you guys try latest version of ZD?

hello,

We had advanced search enabled for everyone.
One day some users say that they aren't able to use the advanced search with the zimbra desktop client on macOS anymore.
I was looking though all logs and got already mad. Only some users were affected.

Turns out the function was somehow disabled.

I enabled it under:

user mailbox -> functions -> search functions -> advanced search

I did have a COS where that was disabled, so I fixed that, the account reflected that.


Still no advanced button in Zimbra Desktop.
