Do you guys know where can I see some screenshots of Zimbra Desktop in its offline mode?
Where can I see some tutorials to know how Zimbra Desktop offline mode works?

Well if you install it you should be able to get all the screen shots you need. In general it's just like the online AJAX client (mail and contacts) so you could use some screenshots of that. We don't have a flash demo yet but again looking at the online flash demo would give you a good idea.
