error on Zimbra server

I am getting the error "Server error encountered;Message: system failure: exception occurred searching mail queue Error code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Receiver" when I try to view the deferred message queue.

The hosts should like this in the 127.0.0.1 part:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost



Also do you have selinux enabled? Try to disable it.



Other things can be regenerate the SSH, or run the zmfixperms, let's do step by step. Change the hosts file and tell us if selinux is enabled or not.



Also, your Zimbra version is really old, you should upgrade to 8.0.9 qhen you have a chance to do a backup first.

If you disabled the IPv6 already try with this hosts, instead yours:
