Hi
I disabled the "Show a popup notification" option in Mail Preferences and I'm still getting this pop up message when a new email arrives. I went through all the settings and I didn't find anything else related to this, What else should I check to disable this ?
My Zimbra version its 8.6.0_GA_1178 (build 20150618170638).

If you clear your browser cache/delete cookies on closing your browser then this will happen. I use Firefox's "Clear data on closing firefox" option, and I get the same message every time I open my client in a new browser session.

Hello,
I'm wondering if you ever found out what was causing this popup. I have an office full of people, none of whom changed their browser settings (though chrome updates itself a little too frequently), who all of a sudden started receiving these "update your notification permission" popups. I haven't been able to definitively track down what is triggering the popup, but it seems related to new email. Appreciate any help you could offer.
