Zimbra Desktop Search function no work

Hi, I installed zimbra x64 desktop 7.2.8 on a new Windows 10 x64 computer. I configured the mail account and everything works, but the search function doesn't work. Any search will not be any result. I Tried to uninstall the x64 version and install the 32bit version but the problem persists. I also tried to install the 7.2.5 version but without solving the problem. :oops:
Do you have an advice for me? Thank you

I too am experiencing this, but with Zimbra Desktop on Linux.

Searching works seemingly only for recent emails. Anything older does not seem to show in the results. I tested by doing a search for an email I know exists. It did not come up in Zimbra Desktop although more recent references to it did. Then, I logged into the same account via Zimbra in Firefox and did the exact same search, and the original email plus dozens of others containing my search query also showed up.

There are so many little quirks with Zimbra Desktop, and I really want it to work well, but this one is a very serious issue since searches within the mailbox are absolutely critical to business.

Any advice or help from the community?
