Restore from backup

Hello,

I have made a backup of my email account in ggz format from my Zimbra desktop folder and then created a new account to import my email back into.

For some other reason I cannot import my backup into my new account.

Can someone please help me with this issue, I need the mail from my backup account which I cannot reach anymore.
