Hi,
I'm hoping someone smarter than me has run into this problem and has a solution. My computer updated to W10 Creator update on Saturday and since then I have been unable to launch Zimbra desktop. The app appears to launch and I get an icon in the taskbar but cannot expand it to use the desktop. I have tried launching as administrator and deleting and reinstalling the Zimbra desktop. The only error message I've gotten was regarding the NW.js being missing or corrupt but that was before (and what prompted) the reinstallation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Hey,
I believe you are using ZD 7.3.
Can you go to C:\<User>\AppData\Local\nwjs and delete nwjs folder. After deleting this folder try re-installation and see if that helps.

Pritesh,
Thanks for the suggestion but that did not work. The desktop does not launch so I can't verify the release number however it is the latest download version.
