Turn off bouncing dock icon for Mac?

I'm now running Zimbra 7.3 desktop mail client on max OS X 10.12.5 and the Zimbra icon in the dock bounces every time I get email. Since I get a lot of email I find this incredibly distracting. I there a way to disable this "feature". I've looked through all the settings I can find and haven't seen anything.
