zimbra desktop is not running

I upgraded my zimbra desktop to the last version 7_3_0_ga_b13060_20170410030639_win64.
It was working well, but after I closed the program and tried to start again it was not running anymore.
I tried to open the program using directly the zdesktop.exe application from the program folder, but a message of error appeared : <Unable to load config file>
I tried to reinstal the program, but the problem remained. When I centre the mouse on the icon I can read that 6 messages were arrived, but I cannot open them.
May I have some helping suggestions

Hello,

do you have any messages in the Windows logs (right click on Desktop icon, manage ...)
And to reinstall on Windows you should, after the uninstalling process, remove all Zimbra Desktop remaining files.

no, any log of windows appeared
Yes I cancelled any remaining file.
At the end I re-installed the old version for 32-bit systems (zdesktop_7_2_5_ga_b12038_20140417012326_win32) with the Java Platform SE 8 U 141
My PC is based on 64-bit architecture and Windows 10 PRO 64-bit system.
Can Norton antivirus be the cause of my problems?

For Norton (beurk) try to disable it.

No matter
On the other hand, I have lost all my emails (expecially sent). So, I can renounce to install the 64-bit version or change to outlook without ant twinge.
