Sent folder sync weirdness - any advice?

The Zimbra desktop folders has "inbox" with a bunch of synced imap folders and then "sent", "drafts", "outbox", "trash" etc.
All the emails I send with zimbra desktop appear in that folder.
When I log in to webmail, the sent folder there does not have any of the emails sent via zimbra desktop. However, it does contain all the emails I send using "mailwise" on my android phone (similar to gmail app really), and none of those emails ever appear in the sent folder in zimbra desktop.

Any ideas how I make it all in the same sent folder. So if I send an email in zimbra, I want it to appear in mailwise sent folder and on webmail and vice versa.
