Constant bouncing on the Dock

I've set up ZD 7.3.1 and every time I receive an email, the dock icon bounces incessantly like a crack-addicted Jack Russell terrier until I disrupt whatever I was doing and switch to the application. It's INCREDIBLY annoying.

I don't see any options for disabling the bounce or at least limiting it to a single bounce. How can I disable this?
