Hi, everyone, I apologize for the newbie question, but I'm not very savvy and this is a somewhat vital issue for me.
I have had a Zimbra account for a couple of months and a little red square would always show up on the Zimbra tab whenever there was new email. It no longer does that, and I don't know what changed. The only way to know if I have new mail now is to refresh the inbox.
I work on many things at once and this is quite a problem for me. Does anyone know what could be going on?
