Wrong Timezone of Europe/Istanbul

Wrong Timezone of Europe/Istanbul

Hello,

In zimbra 7.3.1 Istanbul timezone seems as "(GMT:+0200) Europe/Istanbul" . However actual timezone of istanbul is GMT +03:00 anymore. I think It should be fixed in new versions. Otherwise, could someone tell me the differences between timezones which are in paranthesis and which are not in paranthesis in Zimbra desktop?
