Signature dissapears when send mail

Hello.
Good afternoon, so go to problem, when i send mail, for any recipient my signature disappears, i realized various tests for diferent recipient but my signature disappears, i'm using the last version of Zimbra Desktop in Windows 7 Professional 64bits, what can i do?
