I am not sure if this is intended behavior, but i have installed a zimlet (signature template zimlet) into the default COS of our ZCS (using the admin portal). While it appears in the web client, it does not appear in the Zimbra Desktop client. The only way this appears is if I install it locally from a zip file. As I intend this to be a corporate signature, I can't have each and every client having to install the zimlet manually themselves -- is there a setting in the zimlet configuration (xml, etc) that would allow it to appear/sync with the Desktop client?
