Missing emails when moving emails from inbox to subfolder

I am running Zibra Collab Server 8.7 and some of the users I have are not seeing emails that are being moved into subfolders after a specific time (3 months to newer). They see 3 month old emails but nothing newer via IMAP and Outlook. Has anyone seen this?
