Mojibake Happened

Mojibake Happened

Dear,

We have an issue about the mojibake and draft failed problem.
I tried to add a new email and then save to draft, but the content will automatically change to the Mojibake and no edit button can be selected when I reopen the drafted.

How to solve this problem?
