Web Admin Console Services Not Started

Help with the problem. In the Web console of the administrator, it gives an error that the services are not started.
The "zmcontrol status" command indicates that some services are not starting: the logger is stopped, the zmlogswatchctl is not running, the swatch is not running, the snmp is stopped.
Attempting to restart the server does not help. I tried the "zmcontrol restart" command, these services did not start.
It is necessary that the services in the admin web console are displayed.

The first thing to mention is the fact that you've posted this in the Zimbra Desktop/General Questions form then it's actually about ZCS - make sure you post thread in the correct forum otherwise people will overlook your post, I'll move this to the correct forum.

Second, "Urgently need help" is not an adequate thread title, you need to give something that actually describes your problem otherwise it will get overlooked - please give it a new title (edit your post to be able to edit the title). The title you've given this thread doesn't mean anything except to you. These are Community forums and people answer questions when they have the time so "Urgent" doen't mean anything.

If this problem is urgent, what research have you done to try and fix your problem - you should give details of that when you post. FWIW, I'd suggest you search the forums as this question has been asked and answered many times.

BTW, posting tons of log file information is almost useless as it clutters up you post and makes it difficult to read, I'd suggest in future you put a zip file somewhere and post a link to that.

You should also give the ZCS version that's in use each time you post by giving the full output of the following command:
