It means that it's a system account. Some system accounts present in Zimbra: virus, ham, spam, galsync, etc...
Best regards.

Re: Green Star Icon?
Can I delete a system account without detriment to the whole server? For example, it looks like theres (2) spam training accounts here which I'm pretty sure we don't use. Looks like remnants from long ago.
Like I can delete them and if I need them later (which I don't think I will) create them again later?

Hello,
Zimbra creates service accounts per domain. Do you have these accounts for different domains or for the same domain?
Best regards.
