I am using Zimbra7.3.1 Desktop from approx last 1 year but since last 2 days an error stating " SSL connection can not be established "

There is no support for Z-Desktop. The product is end of life since a while.

Hi there
Do you have access to your mail server.
I have faced this error a few times and an easy fix is to comment out the smtpd_tls_mandatory_protocols , in your Postfix mail conf file - if you are using Postfix of course - I presume Exim would have the same.
