getting fail one email address from Zimbra to Office 365

Hi,
Here I am getting fail one email address from Zimbra to Office 365. Other email accounts have migrated through IMAP without an issue. below are the settings for the batch and error message.

ERROR MESSAGE:

Hi Lewis, I am having the same error migrating from Zimbra to Exchange Online. Could you fix it? How?
