Move ZBD file location

Hi,
I need to move the ZBD file out from the C:\profile to a \\Network\folder on a terminal server running Win Server 2012 R2.

I have followed the instructions at https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Moving_ZDB ... r_Location but when I clic on Move ZBD button, I get an error message "Cannot move ZBD file because it is in use by other Outlook or other MAPI application. To move ZBD file shutdown Outlook or other MAPI application and use the Mail applet from Control Panel".

I have check and verified that no Outlook process is running. Do I need to stop any other process or service to move the file?

PS I have the same error when I try to move the ZBD file on my laptop.
These are company computers joined to a domain and the email is set using a Zimbra Collaboration Server.
