Debug messages from Zimbra Desktop V 1.0 (build 1593)
Server: Zimbra Release 5.0.18_GA_3011.RHEL5_64_20090707171702 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition; running on a CentOS 5.3 xen virtual machine
All of our Zimbra desktops connect and download mail, however we get this debug message regularly, which is cleared by clicking on send/receive.
Any information would be helpful - this problem started when we upgraded our zimbra server. Previously it was 5.0, but an older release, and it wasn't on a xen virtual server. We did a fresh install, and migrated the accounts to the new instance. Thanks

Re: Debug message: invalid request: can't delete default identity
Did you get any resolution to these problems? I'm having the same thing now, but with Zimbra Desktop 7.27 and ZCS 8.6.

Do you have Anti-virus software running on your m/c? If yes, can you try this by disabling for a moment.

Re: Debug message: invalid request: can't delete default identity
It didn't help.
It looks like I have to delete the account from Zimbra Desktop, then re-add it. I'm not looking forward to doing that for all of the accounts, so any tips on other means of resolution would be nice.

Re: Debug message: invalid request: can't delete default identity
None of that worked. I ultimately had to uninstall Zimbra Desktop entirely, delete the folder out of AppData and start over.
