Zimbra Desktop strange error with attached emails

I have a pretty bizarre problem.  I use Zimbra Desktop 7.2.2 (build 11951) and when I receive an email that has another email as an attachment (.eml file), and this attached email has any attachments (eg. a PDF file), I can't download or open them.  The attached email displays fine, it's just its own attachments are seemingly corrupt. Please see the attached (here) screenshot.  The bizarre part comes in that if I simply forward the original email to myself using ZDesktop, when I receive it I can then open the attachment and all it's attachments like PDF files etc without any problem.
