If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

black screen error

Hi,

I am getting a black screen on Zimbra 32 bit first start, same with 64 bit version.
Sometimes I need to restart Zimbra 10times before it starts normally.

I reinstalled Zimbra, Java but did not help.

Is there a solution?
