Need some help getting Zimbra Desktop set up and working?

While attempting to re-install Zimbra Desktop 7, I encountered the following error message that read as follows;


I have not been able to recover from this message even thought I have removed and installed several times since. Is there a remedy for this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
