Mac ZD 7.2.5 Java_Home Environment Variable Used?

Does Mac OS X ZD 7.2.5 use the java_home environment variable to find its JRE?   I ask because I need to install Java 1.8 for another application and I don't want to hose ZD.

Mac ZD uses command '[tag:which] java' to find location of "java" command.

If you change JAVA_HOME environment variable "which java" command will return java set in JAVA_HOME.



So if you are installing Java 1.8 and if you don't change JAVA_HOME then ZD will use java set in JAVA_HOME.
