I have a machine that has Zimbra Desktop 7.3 Beta, can I just install the update for the Release version? Or do I have to do anything special, like uninstall, etc, first. This is for a Windows 10 Pro x64 desktop computer.

You should have got auto-update notification, but if not then you can manually download and install. It will do upgrade, no uninstallation is needed.
