zimbra web site does not load in linux or android

Hi, I have a problem and I think it is with the mail provider, I would like some suggestion of what may be happening.
The zimbra website normally loads on windows machines, but from machines with Linux or from mobile devices with Android it does not load the website, it shows the message "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT", even I tried from a machine with linux (Centos 7) and it does not load the site, but with a Windows XP virtual machine from the same Centos 7 and the website is loaded.
