Problems with Acqua Mail

Hello, I have an app in my smartphone where I´m trying to concentrate my emails accounts. But I´m with problem to install the Zimbra account. I receive the message of errors of IMAP (enter and exit).
I need help to configure zimbra mail in this program. My Zimbra mail is fabiano.feijo@etapa.com.br (vmwarezimbra 7.12)
