While experimenting with mobile device policy, we suspended sync to one device and then removed the device (while being suspended).
Now, when I try to connect it to zimbra it fails. I found errors in the logs that state that the device is suspended.

But I am unable to "unsuspend" it anywhere, because it's not displayed anywhere.
Is this device lost forever to zimbra?
