Active Sync Error

Hi Team,
When I am testing my ActiveSync (Zimbra - Z-push) server through https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com I am getting the below error.
Testing HTTP Authentication Methods for URL https://mail.example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync/.
What is the solution to fix this ?
