Zimbra released pricing today for Zimbra Talk, subscription and perpetual editions. VAR partners have access to it in the partner portal. If you are not a VAR and need a price feel free to contact me. Remember, Zimbra Talk requires Network Edition so if you have OSE you will not be able to add Zimbra Talk.

Great news, but looking into the partner portal I found: "New Price Book and SKUs Effective Sept 1, 2014", Updated over 1 year ago.
Is it possible there is more than one partner portal and I am accessing the wrong one?

That is the same link. The file has been updated. The new VAR file download is "Zimbra Price Book for Resellers (USD) + Zimbra Talk" This update should have been under an entirely new page rather than adding to a crusty document from 2014 that talks about products no longer in the price book.
Based on other posts in Zimbra Talk forum is has recently been stated that it is not yet ready for multi-tenant environments (interpret, BSP). Hopefully it is ready for us by the 8.7 GA release.

It seems Talk is now available for multi-tenant setups.
However, I still cannot find the VAR nor BSP prices 8-/

Things being what they are, I had to ask for access yesterday to this part of the portal (VAR).
I can now see the VAR pricing.
But still nothing for BSP.

You can ask for BSP prices as well, send to me by PM who you contacted before
