Hi mclain,
What SSL certificates are you using for Zimbra Talk?

Would you mind to check if the next part exists on your Proxy, as you needed to install it , maybe you need to do this step again: Best regards

It is a driectory, not a file. Todays file should be /var/log/jetty8/2016_06_10.stderrout.log.
If you installed zimbra talk, you will have jetty8 installed on the talk server. And jetty8 will log to the given directory.

This is going to be a dumb question but what the hell. I installed the older version of talk. Everything was installed under /opt/Vnc...........
I had a support call trying to fix some issues and he installed the latest version. Now not seeing anything under /opt at all so.......what is the best way to tell that talk is actually running? Did install location change with new version?

Im seeing this error in the logs

FATAL: password authentication failed for user "vncdirectory"

Im not sure where password is set for this and why it would be failing. I thought this was a preset password setup during install.

Hi mclain,

very strange indeed. I sent you a script by PM - please let us know if that solves the problem.

Thanks sensor for the script. That did solve one of the issues we had going on so it was of great help. The other the other had to do with the lau database and I had to have a member from vnc help me solve it but it seems to have came from the upgrade. At least its the guess I have been given.

Thanks
