Can't Show Zimbra Talk Tab on New Version

Before, I can install Zimbra Talk and Success, now the Zimbra Talk have a new version, and I try it but the problem showing, the tab of Zimbra Talk can't show on browser, I check on developer tools, can't error
https://192.168.100.150/VNCMiddleware/r ... ses/global Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Request failed.)

is this problem a license?

Follow the next Wiki, and check if your license is not expired:

If it's expired, you should contact your Zimbra representative in order to obtain a new one.

and when the installation proccess, I found error postgreesql, can't connect to database for create vnc, how about solved that?
