Whenever I startup Zimbra Desktop 7.3.0 Beta Build 13056, it defaults to full screen. When I resize it, it stays that size until I minimize to taskbar. On relaunch (click icon on taskbar) it reverts back to full screen. I have not found a way to reset the preferences so that it does not startup in full screen.

Any ideas if this is possible?

That's how it is handled in code. On launch it is launched in maximized state.

This is not OK. I keep my email client open on about 1/3 of my screen (~850x1200) all the time. I cannot use it maximized and I cannot spend the time to resize its window to a usable size on every startup. The non-maximized window is 544x431 pixels on my system on every startup, regardless of how I resized it on previous startups.

So is this going to be changed to optional?

I like the product, but do not like to be forced to use it fullscreen.

Will fix this in 7.3GA.
App will preserve last position of screen(x,y, height, width) and it will open in same state.

Build 13060 still doesn't have it right. I set ZD window to 841×1181 px; when I close & restart ZD the window is 809×1134. Close & restart again, it's 777×1087, etc. -- it loses 32 px horizontally & 47 vertically each time it restarts. Windows 10 v1607 build 14393.1066.
