Was wondering if there is any update on this issue? My end-users still suffer from this issue and have no other option but to save every attachment. Any assistance or guidance at this poijt would be greatly appreciated! Especially as it seems there are many others having this issue as well. Cheers!

I installed Zimbra desktop 7.3.0 beta build 13060 (Window 7, 64-bit) and like others I must to save the attachment and then to open it - no longer the option to open directly it in its default app.

Please inform when is planned this issue to be fixed (or it is better to downgrade to older version where works fine)?

This problem (and it is a problem) is still present in Zimbra Desktop 7.3.1 GA as well.

This is the single reason I hardly use this app. I normally just sync my mail to keep an offline copy on my laptop for travel, and use the ZWC for normal day to day use.
