Zimbra chat not working

Hello guys, i am facing a problem in zimbra chat.
In did we migrated from zimbra 8.7.2 to 8.7.6 on centos7 and everything works fine except the new Zimbra chat. Actually, you can add, delete and many others things but when i click on a name available (green dot) to chat it doesn't react (nothing) .
when i go to chat preferences, and after enabling debugging options , you can reset connection. when i click on it, i get connection error to server chat.
I don't know what to do and i need help
