Transferring old files to newer version of Zimbra

My IP has changed a server that handled my old Zimbra files and started using a newer version of Zimbra. I can't access most of my old files without special steps. Is there a way to transfer old Zimbra email files to the newer version. I can access the URL with the old Zimbra files for lonely 7 days. Help!
