I don't believe there is a plan currently to activate taptalk for the Zimbra Community. The Community is optimized for mobile just by navigating to community.zimbra.com from a mobile device.
Here's looking forwards to these forums offering the same, if not better / more, functionality that the excellent Tapatalk app currently does.
I suppose a shortcut to that would be to enable Tapatalk...
