Zimbra Forum image attachment quota full?

How do we insert screen capture into the forum?
Whenever I try to add image attachment, I get this error:
Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

Hello,
you can use an external service like Imgur or something like that.
Then just paste the final url with the .jpg or .png etc, using the image bracket.

Thanks for the tips! Was hoping Zimbra could make this more convenient for us by removing the quota.

We could, but the forums DB will grow saving a lot of images, which become old soon, and the forums experience will be degrated, and we don't want that, do we?
so users can now use their favorite image service, they are tons these days.
