I tried to submit a case in the support portal (https://support.zimbra.com/submitcase) but it seems not working at all.
In the case management section (https://support.zimbra.com/casemanage) the case is not open and there no other way to contact the support.
Does anyone, heve been able to post a case in the support portal?

Hi, the support portal works, simply it's not in realtime. Your case will be checked and will appear later.
