Ari,
So far we know of an outstanding bug we are working on and releasing shortly that affects the Task section. That is when you have tasks folders within Tasks folders.
What ver of Zimbra and app are you using ?

You could try deleting the app from phone and reinstalling.
Let us know

Stiller,
Shared folder to us by other users does work other for exeptions like yours :) with admin, manager and viwer permissions
Do you get any feedback or just loading ?
Can you try adding a task to the shared folder and see what happens ?

Users,
We have been receiving a bigger number of support request in the last month with users having issues viewing tasks. As the app grows we are receiving a greater number of feedback so I am not sure if this is a bug that has been introduced in the latest ver 1.3 or if there is more attention being paid to our app.
There are two known issues that affect users from using the Task module.
The first is for users that have Nested Tasks folders. If you have a task folder in a task folder we are not able to view the task list. This is being addressed in ver 1.4
The second knows issues affects users that have an empty Due Date field. What the Companion users have discovered is that there are times when the tasks does not have a Due Date but an empty field.
In version 1.3 Companion for Zimbra expects the Due Date to not be empty. We are also under the impression that Zimbra by default assigns a Due Date and defaults to current Date if one is not filled out. It seems that the users affected use the Outlook COnnector to communicate to Zimbra and when creating a task from Outlook the Due Date is not carried over to Zimbra or not created in the first place.
I dont know which version of Outlook Connector or Outlook creates the issue but we know that it does cause it and this is also addressed in vr 1.4
Aderium Companion for Zimbra ver 1.4 will be available at the App Store as a free update as soon as we have a fix. As I type we have a fix we that we are Q&A internally so expect it to be available by then end of this week.
Ciao !!

Update Version 1.4.1 release is now available on the app store.
I am ridiculously pleased !!
Today not only we released a new build of the Aderium Companion for Zimbra iPhone native application, but we also were able to send a last minute update to the Apple app store and they were able to turn around the review of the app in hours and add the latest build to the business section of the App Store.
-Tasks :: ability to list nested Task folders

-Tasks :: ability to display tasks that have empty Start or Due Date fields

- various bugs fixes

- code cleanup
This is a major release for us and a minor one for you. We have put a lot of effort in rewriting the code to be more modular and have listened to all the comments that came in from the users in hopes to produce an app that can accomodate the various variables that may be present in each Zimbra deployment.
We welcome your feedback; update the app !! Use it !! let us know what does not work and tell us what you want next !!!
P.S. It takes up to 24 Hr for iTunes to update the text to new version but dont worry the download is 1.4.1, personally tested it.

Ciao

Hello everyone !!
We have been hard at work !!
During the last couple of months we have been hard at work to deliver Aderium Companion 2.0.. We have had so much feedback that it helped us undertake the necessary revamp of the app with new feature set and polish the existing ones. We initially posted that we would have the 2.0 ready for Beta by May 15th but in the process of programming the new modules Apple decided to through at us an incredible iPhone OS 4.0 so we decided that it would be best to regroup and program along the lines of 4.0 to make sure we are ready from day one to take advantage of multitasking features.
In the meantime we decided that we would "retrofit" version 1 with some of the 2.0 development.
The outcome is that we are prepping to release Aderium Companion for iPhone 1.7.
As we get closer to release of 1.7 we will come back to the forum and display a set of improvement s and new added code. For not what I can say is that the major addition is OFF LINE functionality for the Tasks module.
Users will have a local data set of Personal & Shared Tasks and will be notified when working offline. Once Internet access is regained the Data will be synced back to the Server side of Zimbra.
So for now that is all but please stay tuned !!
Regards,
Aderium

Bought the app yesterday as we use Zimbra NE and it provides exactly the functionality I need, especially regarding tasks.
Two comments:

1.) Is it possible to delete tasks? Could not find any way to do that.

2.) Please add an option to show only incomplete tasks (filter out all tasks with 100% status).

That is good news.
What about point 1.) regarding deleting tasks. Is it just me or is it currently not possible to delete tasks?
