In the Zimbra web interface, when a user clicks in the calendar to add an appointment and in the QuickAdd Appointment popup window starts typing in the Location field, a popup with autocomplete suggestions appears. Pressing enter or clicking on an entry to select it will enter the TEXT name of the resource (without balloon with close button around it).
The schedule for the resource isn't associated, no warning is given for a scheduling conflict and the schedule isn't visible for either the user adding the entry or invitees, so later scheduling conflicts can occur as well.
Clicking on the "More details" button and clicking either in the Location field, or on the "Scheduler show" link will open the schedule WITHOUT the resource. Adding the resource here or using the "Suggest a location" link under the initial Location field and clicking on the same resource works properly and the resource's schedule will appear correctly under More details (the resource is now added as a bubble with close button instead of as plain text in the location field).
This confuses some of our users and has resulted in scheduling conflicts, is this a bug or a user/admin setting that can be changed somewhere?
We are using Zimbra 8.6.0_1194.
