Enable Delivery Status Notification and Read Confirmation domain level

Where i can enable Delivery Status Notification for Zimbra? is it possible to enable for domain-level and not global?

Read Confirmation, i need to set enable default for some domains too.

Release 8.0.4.GA.5737.UBUNTU12.64 UBUNTU12_64 FOSS edition.
