I don't understand what you mean by this question. Mail goes out through port 25, that's how mail servers talk to each other. Port 587 is the Submission port and that's how users submit mail to your ZCS server to be sent, it's already enabled.

my isp had block the port 25 and ask me to configure the mail server on port 587 for outgoing mails ..

Why don't you relay your mail through your ISPs mail servers? If they're blocking port 25 they should allow that.

due to spamming and ip balcklist issue they are blocking it ,i had send them a request to open the same

they had request me to configure mail srv to send mails through 587 port

I f they are not going to allow you to relay through their servers then I'd suggest you find an online service that provides that function. Since your ISP thinks it's a 'spam problem' having and mail server on their network it's likely your IP address (and the ISPs whole network) will have problems with receiving mail servers. Id suggest you find a professional service (mostly paid-for but I believe some are free) to relay your mail, take a look at this wiki article for ZCS configuration: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Outgoing_S ... entication

The other alternative is, of course, find an ISP that allows you to run a mail server on your IP address.
