Hi,
We recently purchased a Zimbra Network license. we are using Zimbra NE 8.8.12 GA 3794 on CentOS7
The license was installed and activated.
The license contains : Voice accounts limit : 10
Yet on the Zimbra Talk tab we have : No valid Zimbra Talk license found.
And in Zimbra Network Modules : Talk is unlicensed.
I don't understand? and before opening a case with the support, could someone explain : do we have 10 licenses for Talk or not? and if yes why can't we use them?
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards.

Re: Zimbra Talk license
I have a recollection that the Talk feature needs a licence, although I could be wrong but see here: https://blog.zimbra.com/2018/04/zimbra- ... t-to-know/
Re: Zimbra Talk license
Hi,
yes a license is needed to enable Talk feature, you can purhcase 25 users at a time.
However I have a similar issues, bought and installed talk license but after updating to 8.8.11 P4 the same message appears:
On the Zimbra Talk tab we have : No valid Zimbra Talk license found.
In Zimbra Network Modules : Talk is unlicensed.
Already openend a support case with no solution at the moment.
Any advice ?

You have to request a new license file (just a new XML. You won't have to pay for this of course), but please try to run "zmprov fc license" to check if this solves your issue.
Best regards.
Re: Zimbra Talk license
Hi,
I already have the new xml license file which includes the ZTalkAccountsLimit attribute.
Tried the command "zmprov fc license" but with no success.
If I issue the command "zmlicense -p" it right gives the "ZTalkAccountsLimit" attribute.
Thanks.
